Tiny houses are all the rage right now.

That being said, we at Roka Building believe that there’s a market for an even less expensive product which we like to think of as the “Tiny Bunkhouse.”

If you are a cottage owner, you have probably had those weekends where the number of visitors exceeded the number of beds. This is why we created the Tiny Bunkhouse.

The standard model is 8 ft by 12 ft and has a log cabin style look. It comes standard with a cedar shake roof and tongue and groove pine look on the exterior.

The next model is a 12-foot by 12-foot with a small covered front porch for watching the sunset with a cool drink in hand.

The base models come with an unfinished interior that can be custom upgraded. Some people will no doubt want to use these high-end style bunk hoses as a luxury garden shed so we leave the interior’s unfinished.

Custom upgrades are available on demand. We can create custom designs with many different configurations of siding and roof material to suit your needs.
